China Southern Airlines. When one thinks of the sky, one often thinks of flying. And when one thinks of flying they think of tourism. And one thinks of tourism, they think of traveling to China, And when one thinks of traveling to China one thinks of flying on China Southern Airlines to Guangzhou.
Number One. Who is China Southern ? CSA is a SKYTRAX Four-Star airline, the number one airline in Asia and 3rd in the world with an annual passenger volume, fleet size, route network, safety rating. CSA operates more than 3,000 flights daily to 224 destinations in more than 40 countries and regions around the world with millions of passengers served by over 100,000 employees.
VIP Event. On Monday night China Southern Airlines LA Office held their annual appreciation reception on the 70th floor of the QUE SKYSPACE for CSA agencies, corporate clients and invited special VIPs. It was a fun filled festive occasion with grace, style and elegance.
Flower City of China. Guangzhou is widely known as the Flower City in China due to its warm climate that’s perfect for growing flowers. Guangzhou is a sprawling port city on the Pearl River. The city features superb modern architecture blended with traditional Guangzhou Opera House and the iconic Canton TV Tower skyscraper, resembling a thin hourglass. Guangzhou is one of the manufacturing and technology centers of China and has an ever increasing variety of visiting business visitors and the partnership as Guangzhou Municipal Tourism Administration and China Southern Airlines to enhance growth through tourism.
Once you clear security and ride the elevators up to the 70th floor then the event all started with the Red Carpet…
Red Carpet. It was a festive night on the Red Carpet with Dr. Mark being greeted by a beautiful bight sales Team Freya Li and Daniel Cao (awarded as one of the top CSA employee-producers) and then signing one’s name as is customary at most Chinese events. Attendees raised a glass at the Skyspace Bar to enjoy champagne or dined on delicious Chinese Cuisine. Several of the Corporate Clients said CSA really does have “Services Beyond Expectation.”
Directors Message. Regina Liang North American Regional Sales & Marketing Director gave thanks and high praise to the great partnership with Guangzhou Municipality Tourism Administration and without them such an event would not be possible and continued to thanks all of the award honorees also giving honor to those who could not be present.
Building Bridges. Director Liang spoke of over-coming obstacles in 2019 and gave an inspiring encouragement that China Southern Airlines would continue to be a Bridge of Travel and Tourism between China and Los Angeles and across the world with 2020 being CSA’s, Guangzhou Tourism Administration’s, their agents and clients best year to the applause of the crowd. In a one on one after the presentation Director Liang answered specific questions regarding anticipated growth potential for the Los Angeles to China routes for CSA and stated that many of her corporate clients are seeking to expand their travel to Guangzhou in 2020.

Raffle. Gigi Yam a famous host of Skylink TV was a great MC and kept the guests light and having fun complete with Raffle Prizes including not one but two Round Trip International Flight to beautiful Guangzhou the Flower City.
China Southern Airlines Marketing, Sales and Revenue Staff who are excellent customer service professionals to all who fly CSA.
Towards the end of this fabulous appreciation event guests were all given a ticket to “Ride The SkySlide,” (a 45 foot completely enclosed all glass thrill adventure on the exterior of the US Bank Tower over 1,000 feet above Downtown Los Angeles). Thy SkySlide has been named by Hollywood News Anchor Prince Mario-Max Schaumburg-Lippe one of the top attractions of Los Angeles. A great way to continue The Bridge of World Peace & Harmony through Tourism between LA and Guangzhou.
