ABC4 Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada and Wyoming welcomed Palm Springs historic 1951 midcentury modern boutique resort A Place In The Sun to its live broadcast about Oscar Week. The Hotel is the favorite destination of Oscar Winner Margaret O’Brien and named after the movie A Place In The Sun starring Elizabeth Taylor and Montgomery Clift.
During Oscar Week, A Place In The Sun invited its loyal guests and friends to a Hollywood Red Carpet at the EcoLuxeLounge by @producerdeb.
More than 100 Journalists joined the guest-list and mingled with Celebrities (including a 2022 Oscar winner) at the A PLACE IN THE SUN HOTEL Palm Springs red carpet.
Robert Cabell, Spokesperson of APITS, Playwright and former New York Post reporter added: “Two announcements, Two great causes: Legendary Oscar Winner Margaret O’Brien will open a NEW SECRET GARDEN named after her legendary MGM movie in attendance of world press, at A PLACE IN THE SUN HOTEL Palm Springs. Second, the management of the hotel started an initiative for safety in Palm Springs, named – A Place In The Sun, NOT A Place With A Gun – to keep the destination safe for visitors, residents and businesses and give everyone equal access to safety, no matter of origin, wealth, accent or connections”.
The A PLACE IN THE SUN manager announced on TV that they reached out to mayor Lisa Middleton, council member Christy Holstege and David A. Newell for the Palm Springs safety initiative and look forward to a bright Palm Springs future.
